Book Sale - Fundraiser

Looking for a good book to help find something indoors during the cold or maybe a puzzle? Stop in the hallway between the Worship Space and Great Hall and buy a book, a puzzle or maybe two or three of each.

During the week of January 20 - 24 the book & puzzle sale will be availalbe during office hours and faith formation. Thank you for participating in this Charity & Justice fundraiser!

St. John's Bible - Presentation

All are welcome to attend a presentation on the Saint John’s Bible Heritage Edition this Thursday, January 30 from 1:30 – 3:00 pm in the Gathering Space. We’ve been learning about the creation of the original Saint John’s Bible, the themes that run through various illuminations, the effort, cost and talent that went into its creation and more. This week we will talk about illuminations in two volumes that are not frequently on display. Part participants have shared that they are amazed at how much there is to learn.

A spring trip to St. John’s University to visit the Hill Manuscript Library where original pages are on display, is being planned. If you are interested in going, please contact the parish office at 651.784.3015 or email AmyM@SaintJosephsParish.org and we will add you to the list.
