Feed My Starving Children Food Packing Event
All parishioners of St. Joe's are invited to register for this night of fun and doing good!
Date: Thursday, September 26, 2024
Time: Be at Feed My Starving Children Coon Rapids by 6:45 pm
Register: By calling the parish office at 651.784.3015 or by emailing Denise Walsh at: DeniseW@SaintJosephsParish.org to reserve your spot by September 22!
Transportation: You do need to provide your own transportation to the Coon Rapids Feed My Starving Children facility at 401 93rd Ave, Coon Rapids, MN 55433.
Men’s Group Cookout & Trap Shoot
The Men's Group invites all men of the parish to a Cookout and Trap Shooting at Metro Gun Club (10601 Naples St NE, Blaine, MN 55449) on Tuesday, September 24 at 5:00 PM. Contact Bill Kusterman at BillK@SaintJosephsParish.org with any questions. See you there!
Potluck Event
We have guests visiting from Believe Guatemala so we are hosting a potluck with a Fair Trade Market & Silent Auction for all to join. Bring a side or main dish to pass and we’ll provide beverages and desserts. If you plan on bringing something please contact the parish office and let us know or Denise Walsh at DeniseW@SaintJosephsParish.org (what’s more Minnesotan than that?!) Proceeds from the Silent Auction & Fair Trade Market benefit the kids in Guatemala. Mayra, from Believe Guatemala and Denise Walsh will share updates and stories from the community in Guatemala. If you’ve ever thought about sponsoring a child, this is a great opportunity to learn more and Mayra will help find a wonderful match for you.
2024-2025 Faith Formation Program
Registration For 2024/2025 Program
Registration for the 2024-2025 faith formation program year is now open! Our faith formation team looks forward to helping our parish's children and youth grow in their person connnection with God in our world.
The registration period ends on September 1, 2024. Registrations made after this date will include a late fee, and the child's name will be placed on a waitlist until an open spot on our active roster can be confirmed.
Please register using the Google Form link below that corresponds to your child's age/grade for the 2024-2025 school year. Each child must be registered separately.
After you register your child, return to this page for the link to pay online (unless you wish to pay by check or cash at the parish office instead).
We love our faith formation volunteers! We're looking for help across a variety of roles. Check out the volunteer opportunties we offer and sign up to help make our programs a success again this year.

Here's how to register for faith formation, pay for fees, and sign up to volunteer:
1. Please read our Faith Formation Welcome Letter (2024-2025)
2. Read through the St. Joe's Faith Formation Program Offerings
3. Select, complete and submit the registration form(s) you need for your children:
- Contact Amy Ward at AmyW@SaintJosephsParish.org if you are intered in registering for our Pre-K & Kindergarten program.
- Elementary and Middle School Registration Form
- Confirmation (9th grade and older) Registration Form
4. Decide on your payment method for faith formation registration fees.
- Payments can be made online through the St. Joe's secure payment page (click the Pay Online Here button below) or by cash/check brought in to the parish office during the regular business hours.
- Scholarships (whole or partial) for faith formation fees are avialable this year through the generosity of the St. Joe's Men's Group. See the registration forms for more information.
5. Consider joining us aas a volunteer this year!
- See which opportunity appeals to your gifts and your schedul and register your interest with us. We'll be in touch closer to the start of the school year.
